Redeemer congratulates Tristan Walker for attaining the Eagle Scout rank.

 

New Eagle Scout Tristan Walker

Tristan Walker was presented the Eagle badge on Saturday, March 19 at a ceremony at Redeemer Lutheran Church in Charleston, WV.

Redeemer is the sponsor of Scouts BSA Troop 152, which meets at the church Thursday evenings. Tristan has been in the troop since 2015 and was in Cub Scout Pack 152 before that. He has advanced through all seven ranks, earned 31 merit badges, worked on community service projects, and attended summer camps, Florida Sea Base camp, and the 2019 World Jamboree. His Eagle Scout service project was refurbishing and replenishing the clothes closet for needy students at John Adams Middle School. His parents are Betsy and Jason Walker.
