Worship Arts: Redeemer Stringers

The Redeemer Stringers provide praise and worship music for Redeemer’s contemporary worship services.

The group consists primarily of stringed instruments (guitars, bass, mandolin, banjo, fiddle), percussion and vocalists that provides a different style of music used in our blended worship service.

The Stringers’ style generally has roots in bluegrass, Appalachian, Celtic and contemporary Christian music with customized adaptations of various melodies found in hymnody as well.

The Redeemer Stringers group provides the music for our regularly scheduled contemporary Sunday worship service around once a month. Since this music is live, stringers generally rehearse weekly in preparation. The Stringers also at times are requested to provide special music for memorial services.
